This gentle Traditional Chinese Medicine therapy uses the soothing warmth of the herb, mugwort to encourage circulation, ease tension and support your body’s natural balance. Often paired with acupuncture, it’s a cozy, calming addition for aches, women’s health and deep relaxation.

C U P P I N GGentle suction lifts tension from tight muscles, encourages circulation and invites deep relaxation. Modalities used include fire cupping to ease stubborn aches and support freer movement, or moving cupping for a soothing, massage like release.

We accept CareFirst BCBS for patients with acupuncture benefits, and we are happy to verify your coverage. Payments, co-pays, and co-insurance are due at the time of service.
Have a different insurance provider? If your plan has out of network acupuncture benefits, we’ll provide a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement. We recommend confirming your benefits with your insurer as well.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted. -
Our treatment space is at 1014 Dulaney Valley Road, Towson, MD 21204. We are located inside the Heart’sGate Wellness Center building, right off Dulaney Valley Road and 695. We offer free parking located outside of our building for your convenience.
